Public open-source repositories or free tools we publish may have their own licenses. Those licenses control where they apply.
We may use or reference third-party platforms (for example X/Twitter, model providers, or cloud services). Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services we link to.
When we operate accounts we own (including via the official X API and internal automation tools), we do so under the X Developer Agreement and X Developer Policy. We do not resell X API data. Automated assistance may draft content; publishing from our brand accounts remains under our control and responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuronSpark and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
