This Privacy Policy explains how NeuronSpark (“NeuronSpark”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the website https://neuronspark.ai and related public pages. It also describes, at a high level, how we use official platform APIs (including the X API) when operating accounts we own.

1. Who is responsible

2. What this website collects

Much of the public marketing site is static informational content. Depending on the page you visit:

• Technical logs. Like most websites, our servers may record standard request metadata (for example IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL) for security, debugging, and reliability. We do not use these logs to build advertising profiles of casual visitors.
• Forms and contact. If you voluntarily submit a contact, demo, or waitlist form, we process the information you provide (such as name, email, company, and message) to respond and operate our business relationship with you.
• Cookies / analytics. If a specific page uses analytics or essential cookies, that page’s behavior is limited to operating the site and understanding aggregate traffic. We do not sell personal data.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• operate, secure, and improve the website and our services;
• respond to inquiries and provide requested materials;
• comply with law and enforce our Terms;
• operate accounts we own on third-party platforms under their rules.

4. X (Twitter) API and social automation

When we connect developer applications to X accounts we control (for example the founder account @AGIStrawberry or other NeuronSpark-related accounts), we may access data permitted by the X API and the permissions you (as account owner) grant, such as:

• public posts and profile information needed to publish and engage;
• mentions, replies, and notifications directed at our account;
• media we upload for our own posts;
• direct messages only if that permission is explicitly enabled for an app we operate.

We use this data to operate our own accounts: drafting and publishing original content, reading conversations we take part in, and measuring our own activity. We do not sell or redistribute X API data. Our use is intended to comply with the X Developer Agreement and X Developer Policy. Information you share on X is also governed by X’s Privacy Policy.

5. What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not use the X API to build advertising dossiers of unrelated users.
• We do not request more OAuth permissions than needed for the stated automation.
• We do not intentionally collect special-category data through the public website for marketing.

6. Sharing

We may share information with service providers who process data on our behalf (for example hosting, email, or security), under obligations to protect it; or when required by law; or with your direction. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, security, and operational requirements, then delete or anonymize it where practical.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to our size and risk (including access controls on servers and secrets). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
